Weekly Prayer Requests

LaKendra A. & Family:  I just want to thank God for being so faithful in my life.  I thank him with all my might and soul because I know that it is because of him that I am whole.  Amen!

Stacey F.:  My sister Christ has suffered 35 years of chronic pain in her lower back, legs, and feet.  She has surgery scheduled Tuesday, Aug. 18th and doctors think this will finally relieve her pain.  Please pray that this is the correct care.

Manami K.:  Thank you Lord for Michaela Joy, but also for her natural mom, Chelsea.  Let us experience Your goodness through this baby.  I pray that Summit Life will be filled with people who want to enter God's Holy Holy place!

Karen H.:  I fell after roller skating.  My son went under my skates.  I was unable to break my fall and got a concussion.  Please pray for my healing.  Pray I can serve my God, family, and work well.

CP:  Lord, Your word says, "Joy comes in the morning!"  And in less than 24 hours, Michaela Joy Perron will be here!  We are praying for a safe arrival--seamless and peaceful and a perfect blending of families.  Thank you!

Weekly Prayer Requests

Al R.:  That my godson Tony gets done with aftercare at Sal Army with flying colors.  He gets there tomorrow p.m.

Manami K.:  God showed me how lonely my grandma is in a senior home.  Please pray for God's love to reach her heart, thank you!  I want to learn how to be loving to un-lovables without looking down upon them.  

Anonymous:  Ms. Rose to get another house and a solid job to sustain it to be totally free from any residue of her past.  And that jobs be the gifts and talents she already produces.  For the Johnson's new ownership of condo land and home and debt, favor and wisdom and timing – protection for both these families.  Amen in advance and thank you.

Weekly Prayer Requests/Praises

Anonymous:  I am praying for strength and guidance.  I pray that God gives me patience and motivation, the healing of my husband Isaiah C.  I pray that he shows me how to be a better wife and mother and strength in my marriage.

Manami K.:  Protection for my brother's baby till they get here.

Jordan F.:  This past week my ankles and heels have been hurting constantly especially my right heel which sometimes when I take a step feels like a knife is being driven into it.

Al R.:  Hours at job--no work since June.  Closer walk with God for my godson Tony.

Anonymous:  Praying for family members to be touched by the Holy Spirit--to hear wisdom and truth in this specific matter--Holy Spirit capture their hearts--may they hear from You and understand that this is God's perfect will.  Amen.

Kevin S.:  I lost my job on Friday, and pray for God to open doors to an opportunity that is better than my last job.


So, what do you think? With God on our side like this, how can we lose? If God didn’t hesitate to put everything on the line for us, embracing our condition and exposing himself to the worst by sending his own Son, is there anything else he wouldn’t gladly and freely do for us? And who would dare tangle with God by messing with one of God’s chosen? Who would dare even to point a finger? The One who died for us—who was raised to life for us!—is in the presence of God at this very moment sticking up for us. Do you think anyone is going to be able to drive a wedge between us and Christ’s love for us? There is no way! Not trouble, not hard times, not hatred, not hunger, not homelessness, not bullying threats, not backstabbing, not even the worst sins listed in Scripture:


They kill us in cold blood because they hate you.We’re sitting ducks; they pick us off one by one.


None of this fazes us because Jesus loves us. I’m absolutely convinced that nothing—nothing living or dead, angelic or demonic, today or tomorrow, high or low, thinkable or unthinkable—absolutely nothing can get between us and God’s love because of the way that Jesus our Master has embraced us.
