Summit Life Prayer Requests August 28, 2013

Emma C:  I hope ashton will stay healthy till he dies.  I hope that he knows gods in his heart and will always sit on throne and will touch his heart and let him know hes there to help him.

Julie F:  Prayers for Emerald.  This week she revealed to me she was raped at 14 and carried this burden for 16 years.  Her question to me- how to forgive- she can't imagine doing so.  I shared the gospel with her and talked about Christianity.  Finally she saw how to forgive and was going to pray to ask Jesus into her life.  I pray she does!

Jen P:  Reconnection is a blessing!  God answered the hubs and I have fully reconnected.  Thank you for prayers.

Jeff, Karen, Ryan, Amanda, Blake R:  Pray for healing from divorce.

Tom K:  Release from pain.

Week prior

Anonymous:  Please pray for the season of influence that someone has had in my life is over.  I woke this morning with the voice of God in my  mind saying the season ends now.

Jen P:  A wedge has come between my husband and I.  I feel like our connection is hiding but not lost. Pray for reconnection.

Susanna:  (1) Please lift up my co-worker, Pam & her husband, James.  He's been in & out of the hospital since March with heart problems.  Most recently James has been in the hospital over a month with circulations problems causing deterioration of the tissue in his left leg.  He's also had VT storms which prevented proper treatment of his leg.  Friday James left leg was amputated at the knee cap.  Pray for strength, peace and wholeness as he recovers!  Pray for Pam to receive His peace & rest in her body, mind and soul...continuous sustenance from the Lord.  God is good!  May his goodness radiate in every aspect of this situation.  Thank you Father that you are bigger than this.  (2) Father give me Your peace as I plan my wedding.  Show me the venue You have for us.  I want to please You and no one else.  Thank you that You are bigger than my "plans."  No stress, only Your peace!!

Anonymous: Brett is a co-worker and is need of prayer for peace and comfort, she is struggling with the demands of work and confidence in her job.

Jeff R:  Pray for the Riddle family.  Karen, Ryan, Amanda, Blake whom divorce has torn apart.  Pray for reconciliation, renewal, redemption, protection.

Anonymous: Friend Sue - lost her mom last wknd, also in a relationship that God can't bless.  My brother Jay- deploying into full-time missions w/ his family to Slovenia very soon.  Prayers for joy instead of sadness.

Prayer Requests for Sunday, August 11, 2013

Pasqual:  Pray for her to heal her heart from her pet's death and that she would have financial prosperity in her business.

Cindy T:  Pray for me that I will have favor with Judge Bigge this week as I work to protect my son from his father's desire to take him off his medication.  Please pray I will receive more revelation and be very discerning about my location and business and allow God to help me to position myself for what he has called me to do.

Julie:  I believe God heals.  My brain continues to decline.  Further detailed test results this week.  My dream is to be able to remember my kids grandkids, and Gods love.  I declare God will heal my brain.

SLC:  continued prayers for Ashton (Jimmy and Jessica's son) who had surgery 2 weeks ago.  He has had a few post blockages and has not been able to leave hospital.

Summit Prayer Requests

Katie A:  Lord I come to you today for healing of this broken heartedness  I feel this ugly feeling of not being wanted by the one guy that matters.  Lord keep your light on me, I feel so lost, so hurt.  Give me the strength and patience to make it thru this.

Stephanie T:  Please pray for increased clarity and discernment in hearing God's voice, pray proverbs 3:4-5 over me w/ regards to my family and life and decisions/ following God's will.  For increased favor and boldness w/releasing His kingdom at work and people in my life.

Julie W: Praise- God is Amazing!  He speaks so personally.  My knee is completely healed and I'm running!

cp:  prayers and praise...my achilles tendonitis is finally healing and i am feeling less and less pain.  Please continue to pray that the pain will completely leave my body.  Praise for my children...thank you Father for such an amazing summer together of just fun and rest.  Thank you for my husband's renewed vision and strength for the church....and surprise provision along the way!  Onward and upward we go!!

Anonymous: Pray for my friend Jami W. and her family this week, for justice for her nephews Brennan and Luke.  Pray for the Lord to move in a mighty way over my nephew - he was just arrested and we've been praying a long time for him.  Please pray for me- for favor and increase and encouragement.  For my family for wisdom to raise my kids and grace, strength, that I do not grow weary and lose heart.  I feel like my prayers are hitting a ceiling and I am weary in the wait.  Thank you!
