Prayer Requests for October 28, 2012

Cindy T: (Praise Report) Pastor Mike prayed for my knees at the last encounter service and they are healed and held up through 2 weeks of extensive travel.  Also, Skylar T. was accepted this week in a transitional living program that has very new techniques and a very low failure rate.

CP: Please pray for wisdom in knowing how to treat mother's sadness. She is crying a lot daily in the assisted living place.  She is safe and healthy-they take such great care of her, but she is so sad.  I pray she can accept where she is and enjoy life.  Lord, free her heart and soul with your love and everlasting peace. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Anonymous: Lord, we pray and ask for exaltation of this church. For abundant provision for this church and Pastor and family. Lord, place a belief in all the hearts and souls that have come and will come, that will cause them to run to you! In Jesus name!

Prayer Requests from Sunday, Oct. 14

Anonymous: for my son to surrender his life to the Savior he once called his Lord. He is lost and held captive by ungodly spirits.  Also, for my husband to regain and claim control of his household.

Karen H: pray for my parenting abilities. Jonah is testing me.  I pray for deep healing. I pray to understand how to honor Shaun even after his death.

Isabella P: Pray for my mom and dad. And please help me to stop going the wrong way and that you would direct me to the right way.

Jim & Susan O': we give praise for our immediate family and son, extended family and for Mark, joining  us this weekend. We give praise for blessings of health physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. We give praise for the challenges on this earth as we are closer to you because of this.

Jazmin G: Pray for my co-worker who found out she has cancer. She is having surgery on Monday, October 22nd and chemotherapy shortly after. Pray for her and her son, that the Lord will give them strength and faith during this time in their lives.

Emma C:  The fact that I going to stop being mean.  I pray for my dad.

Anonymous: Praise you, Father! Thank you for continuing to establish a strong foundation and Summit Life Church. May we be a body full of workers for the coming harvest. In Jesus' name, Amen!

Tennecia P: I'm lost again. I made a mistake and I can't see how I will forgive myself. I'm struggling. I don't feel good enough to be loved.

Skyler T: Please pray for God to heal his brain and his intestines.  He is coming to the realization of how sick he is. Please pray for the Lord to continue to bring Christian people around him and for the healing to increase, that the anointing on his life would break the yoke, that the crown of thorns would be renewed, and that he would be able to be moved to an assisted living center soon and continue with his healings.

Roger & Cindy T: We are looking at a building to start an assisted living center for mentally ill patients in Kansas in a small town where they have closed down the nursing home.  Please pray for wisdom, guidance, discernment, and the right partners to join with us in the effort.

Jim & Susan O': we praise God the Father, praise God the Son & Praise God the Holy Spirit for all our blessings which come from above! We give praise for his generous wisdom. We pray to do his will every day.

Bert D & Debbie P: that the Lord bless our impending marriage and our new home. Lord's guidance in making a decision in whether to stay at Shelton or accept a position with a landscape company.

CP/SLC: Lord continue to bring those who've been wounded and abused by the church or by others.  This is a healing church, Father! May they "come" and drink from you well of water and everlasting life. In Jesus Name. Thank you Father for the new working deliverance you are uncovering.  Each week a new opportunity comes to this body to help set the captives free. Open the doors wide.... we are here to receive and impart your love.  

Lindsey S:  I am struggling in my work, maintaining good boundaries with hours (60+)/wk.  Please pray for wisdom in how I would continue to address my workload.  Also more importantly, my relationship with the Lord & the time in the Word has suffered.  Pray this would become my heart's top priority!  Thank you.  I loved my visit today.  Thank you Summit Life!

Prayer Requests from Sunday, Sept. 30

Mary Lu M: (visitor): Please pray for my grandchildren, Luke and Cambria. That they be returned to live with their mom.  Pray for accountability for Judges and justice and truth will be honored.

Tim B: For 18 months, I have been in battle with an insurance company resisting to pay a claim that they owe me per a state law. I ask for God's intervention in resolving this matter and that His will be done.

Jim & Susan O: We give praise to God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit for our health, food, family, friends, prayer partners, clients, and prospective clients and referral partners. We give praise for our children, their school, teachers, and school leaders. Pray is to be available to do His will each and every day.

Hoffman Family:  Prayers of healing for their hearts as they mourn the loss of their husband, father, son, brother, Christopher Shaun Hoffman.  

cp:  For friend, Elvira who's cousin just had a baby girl, Alyssa, and her thyroid is not functioning.  They believe in the power of prayers.  We pray for healing and for all fear and anxiety or any generational inequities to be demolished at the root of this problem in Jesus' name.  

cp:  Praise!  9 adults and 6 kids joined Team Summit....use us Lord for your Glory and your work on this earth!  

Anonymous: I have this situation that has come up andI'm going to have to make a decision sometime in the near future. It could be goodor it could go the other way. I wish it could be for the better but we never know. That's why I need you and Michael to pray for me, that God will guide me and give me thecourage and strength I need. Thank you and God Bless!!  If it happens I will let you know a big decision and God's will for my life.
