I pray that all the confusion and doubt is taken away. Pray for my ex-husband, that he turn away from the enemy and tows his life more on the Lord. I pray for the Lord to send him someone who can mentor him and help him learn the word of God.
Kathryn T: Praise for a breakthru in my anxiousness. Praise God for showing me faith and trust in Him at ALL times.
Carly L: "May You give my ex-husband wisdom, in Jesus' name."
Summit Life Church:
Thank you Father, for all of these requests that come from the hearts of your precious Saints. May each of these requests reach you, and by doing so, a chain of events would follow and we would know you heard our cries. Thank you for the summer days, the drops of rain scattered lately and the beautiful skies that set at night. May we never take your world around us for granted. Thank you for the continued visitors that walk through the door. May they feel your love in and through everything that we do there. Thank you for the 4 new members that joined this past weekend. What an honor to lead them in your ways. Ignite a fire in each of us to do your work, even the small things that Chris challenged us with at the end of service on Sunday. May we carve out time for the people of Addison each and every week in order to touch their hearts. Only then will minds be transformed and disciples made. Continue to open doors for businesses in and around Addison to partner with us so we can make a difference in the community. Thank you for the opportunity to serve Metrocrest Social Services. May we be your feet and hands in serving these families. Thank you for the funds that have come in lately to help us secure a space of our own. Go before us in these important negotiations and remind us that while it might be our gifts and talents from you that get the job done, it's YOUR POWER that makes it happen! Amen.

SLC:
-For the lost in Addison and the cities surrounding. For those in Addison that have no hope and desire to have peace again in their lives. Draw them near to us so we can help them.
-Help us to remain steady during the summer like a strong spiritual locomotive, continuning to advance against the enemy and continue to bring strength to our wheels!
-Pray that the many return visitors will make the commitment to join God's mighty warriors in Addison with Team Summit at the end of the month.
-We pray for favor, wisdom and insight as we negotiate for the space at 14240 Midway Rd. Specifically; Joshua Barnes and owners at Holt Lunsford Commercial, Inc. Lord, you know our needs and you know what we have to offer for this space...may you increase it as you did the loaves and fishes. Speak to us through this process for we desire to do nothing without your blessing and direction.
-For marraiges in our congregation to remain strong and for the lies of the enemy to be silenced in the ones that are struggling.
-For our children to gain wisdom and understanding of a loving God each time they walk through the doors.
-For the Singles to feel the love of the Father in and through Summit; heal any wounds of the past that need healing.
-Thank you for the "stories" that were told on Sunday and for the ears that heard the transparency and honesty. We lift up all those requests and have confidence that you will do a great work in and through our lives through all the trials.
-For Pastor Mike as he delivers such an important message this Sunday on "Purpose" - that hearts and minds will be open to receive the words spoken out of his mouth that come straight from God's heart.
-For our upcoming board meeting on Monday, July 19th 10:30am; send your holy spirit Father to be with us and bless our time together and help us to focus on the items of most importance, especially the next steps for various ministries to roll out for fall.
-For our meeting next Thursday with Metrocrest Social Services; that we can be a light to them using our members as an extension of Jesus to feed the poor, the hungry and the blind.
-Thank you Lord for all that you are doing during this critical time of building a foundation that will last for generations to come...give us guidance and direction as we come upon our 1 year anniversary. We desire to be closer to you every step of the way. May we walk with blinde faith, turning our ears when you knock. Amen.
